Bonner serves as Chairman of York Constructors, Inc. He has 45+ years of experience in the industrial and commercial construction market. In 1976, Bonner founded York Construction Co., Inc. a well managed large general construction firm that was highly respected in the industry. Bonner is a man of high integrity and strong values. He is admired in the industry as one of the best. His vast knowledge of construction, engineering and management have influenced many and will continue to as he teaches those around him how to “raise the bar” in our industry.
Bill Coletta
President
Bill has over 28 years of experience in industrial and commercial construction. Some of his major clients include; Michelin North America, Cryovac Division of Sealed Air Corporation, ISO Poly Films and AGFA Corporation. Bill’s attention to detail, quality, schedule, and budgets has allowed him to build successful projects for his clients and therefore they become repeat clients year after year. He not only focuses on the construction side of his project, but it is also important to him to build strong relationships as well. During his career he has project managed major expansions, renovations and new buildings of all sizes and shapes. He has been very involved in the design build process and that has allowed him to be successful in working with subcontractors and his clients to achieve their business needs and their budgets. Bill instills in his team at York Constructors that we desire to be the best construction company around, therefore you must always be willing to improve and visualize the quality of the product you are leaving behind. Using this philosophy, Bill has designed the Company using guiding principles of integrity and quality.
Don Tucker
Vice President
Don has over 30 years of experience in industrial and commercial construction. Don’s primary focus is on the management of the field operations for the company and quality of all projects. He has spent most of his career as a Superintendent managing all types of projects for a variety of major clients including; Michelin North America, Bell South, GNP, Perrigo, Ahlstrom Pumps, Milliken & Company, CoLinx, Rockwell Automation and AGFA Corporation to name a few. He has gained his experience of construction from his “hands on” approach and is known in our industry as one of the most respected people in construction in our area. Don caters to the client and develops a relationship with them so that he can make sure their needs as met. His management style is one of urgency and hard work. Don has constructed many intricate projects with very fast track schedules and has always been successful. His vast knowledge of construction gives York Constructors a definite strong resume and client base.
Rhonda Coletta
Vice President
Rhonda’s primary responsibilities are Business Development and the financial aspects of the company. Her knowledge of construction accounting is essential to the Company. She has been in the industry for over 26 years working from the project assistant side to running an accounting team for one of the largest construction firms in the southeast. Her dedication and hard work are reflected in the financial reports she prepares and in the way she keeps the Company organized and running smoothly. She oversees the Timberline Accounting system and all of the other Information Technology systems for the entire office. Rhonda’s personality is one of “can do” and she approaches everything she does as a challenge with attention to detail and accuracy.
