Pre-Construction Services

The success of a construction project is most often determined during the design and planning stage. Selecting York Constructors to provide pre-construction services in the early stages of a project enables the Architect to maximize the value as well as maintaining the integrity of the design.

York Constructors will provide early budgeting of various design options. This allows the Architect and Owner to select the appropriate building scheme to fit within their budget. Estimates and a project schedule are developed early in the design, and are refined as the design stage progresses. As design details are developed, constructability reviews are conducted to ensure the project's success when it gets to the Construction Phase, and allows critical delivery and/or work items to be identified and expedited. This review process is continuous from the Conceptual Phase of the project's design through the completion of construction documents.
