Project Description: This new two–story, stick built, office building consists of 5,079 square feet. The first floor accounts for 2934 sf of finished office space for light commercial use. The second floor is shell space for future tenant upfit. Exterior finishes consist of hardy board, stone veneer, and stucco. The interior features a vaulted tongue-and-groove ceiling that is open to the second floor.
