Project Description: The 4,600 sq. ft. addition of restrooms & Locker rooms to the existing engine plant was completed June 2006. This renovation was constructed from conventional steel and pre-cast wall panel structures.

A second phase is currently in progress in an adjoining building. This phase involves the complete rebuilding and renovation of the building. In addition, York Constructors is building a transport road to connect Caterpillar's two buildings. Current renovations are being done while Caterpillar is using their new building. Another example of York's flexibility in construction.
