Project Description: This 55,000 sf design build, pre-cast panel, speculative building was constructed as leaseable space of Hwy 290 in Duncan, SC. The building contains high bay storage with a height capacity of approximately 27 foot. Construction began on this project in April 2004 and was completed in August 2004.
